Proper breathing has an enormous effect on your health. When we grow older the amount of carbon dioxide in the blood decrease. From being on the level of 6.5 percent at the age of 20, it has already reached the level of 6 at the age of 30. By 50 it´s at perhaps 4.5 percent which is not good enough. The oxygenation of the cells in the body decrease and the cells cannot produce enough energy.
The goal of these breathing exercises is therefore to increase the level of carbon dioxide in the blood, hypocapnia, and reduce the amount of oxygen in the blood, hopyxia.
HYPOXIA AND HYPOCAPNIA

BACKGROUND
Människans Resurser AB has a lot of experience from breathing exercises. Between 2003 and 2004 we began collaboration with the Russian center in Novosibirsk and professor Tsirelnikov, who has conducted research on different techniques in order to improve health by breathing exercises. The conclusion was that the best way of conducting breathing exercises is to use breathing devices. They can create just the right resistance during inhalation and exhalation. In doing so, these devices helps to create hypoxia or hypercapnia which has health improving effects.
